Lavender Tea
Bring third eye clarity with the soothing tea.
Preparation: 2 mins | Steep time: 6ā8 mins | Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon dried or fresh lavender
1 rosemary sprig
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Fill a mug with boiling water. Add the lavender (in a tea ball if you have one) and allow to steep in the water for 5 minutes. Add the rosemary sprig and steep for another 1ā2 minutes. Remove the tea ball or strain the water and stir in the agave syrup to sweeten. Drink warm or leave to cool and drink over ice for a summer refreshment.
