Lavender Tea

Bring third eye clarity with the soothing tea.

Preparation: 2 mins | Steep time: 6ā€“8 mins | Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon dried or fresh lavender

1 rosemary sprig

1 teaspoon agave syrup

Fill a mug with boiling water. Add the lavender (in a tea ball if you have one) and allow to steep in the water for 5 minutes. Add the rosemary sprig and steep for another 1ā€“2 minutes. Remove the tea ball or strain the water and stir in the agave syrup to sweeten. Drink warm or leave to cool and drink over ice for a summer refreshment.
